These terms and conditions govern the use of the Regressoins website as well as the service offerings, namely past life regression sessions and Essene healing. By accessing this site or booking a session, you unconditionally accept these terms.

Nature of Services

The services offered fall exclusively within the domain of holistic well-being and spiritual guidance. They do not constitute medical, paramedical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic acts. No medical diagnosis is made and no prescription is issued during sessions.

Past life regressions are a consciousness exploration technique and do not claim to cure, treat, or diagnose any pathology. Essene healing is a traditional energy practice that does not replace any medical care.

Liability

The practitioner cannot be held responsible for personal interpretations made by the client following a session, nor for decisions made based on information obtained during it. Each person remains fully responsible for their choices and their health journey.

Session results vary from person to person. No guarantee of specific results is made, expressed, or implied.

Participation Conditions

Sessions are intended for adults (or minors accompanied by a legal guardian). If you are undergoing heavy psychiatric, psychological, or medical treatment, it is imperative to inform the practitioner before any session and to have obtained prior approval from your healthcare professional.

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a session if they deem it not suitable for the person's situation.

Cancellation and Modification

Any cancellation or modification of an appointment must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show without notice, the practitioner reserves the right to charge for the session.

Session Confidentiality

Session content is strictly confidential. The practitioner commits to not disclosing any personal information or session content to third parties, except as legally required. This confidentiality is a fundamental ethical commitment of the practice.
